Damaged or incorrect on arrival
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund in full — including any return postage we ask you to cover.

We will sort it
We want every order to delight. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or unopened and unsuitable, here is exactly how we make it right.
Unopened and unsuitable
Intimate products can only be returned if unused and in their original sealed packaging, for obvious hygiene reasons. We will happily exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Opened products
For hygiene and safety, opened intimate products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This is standard practice across the industry and keeps every customer safe.
How to start a return
Email care@sixty-nine.online with your order number. We will reply within one business day with the next step and, where applicable, a return address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item reaching us (or immediately for damaged-on-arrival cases where no return is needed).
Gift boxes
Sealed gift boxes may be returned unopened. Once opened, individual pieces inside follow the same hygiene rules as above.
